Our Expectations from Carriers

We value transparency and expect our carriers to provide digital track and trace updates at the following time frames throughout the life of a load.

Provide updates 4 hours and 2 hours before the driver’s arrival.

If the driver will arrive late, update us 4 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Send updates every 4 hours while the load is in transit.

Notify us within 30 minutes after arrival and again within 30 minutes after departure.

By adhering to these timelines, you help us maintain high service standards and ensure timely deliveries for our customers.
